Choreography Bootcamp
Zouk in Stockholm is happy to invite you to an express course in the style of Mzouk: 6 h to learn a choreography and make a short video of it. If desired, we shoot outdoors after finishing the course.
REQUIREMENTS
If you have no experience in Zouk, It’s ok. We ned you to have intermediate experience in other couple dance style though.
If you already dance Zouk/Mozuk, you get to take your dance to a higher level.

In the choreography, we apply:
– An intricate choreography sequence with challenging footwork
– A head movement
– A dissociative body movement
– A counterbalance movement
– Musicality drills
– Corporal expression
– Leading and following techniques
– A great deal of fun and laughter
PROGRAM
Sat 3/7 – 13:00 – 16:00
Sun 4/7 13:00 – 16:00
You need to arrive wearing black and white clothes, and dance shoes for the last class. It is ok to dance in socs, black socs in that case. We shoot a video with the choreo by the end of the course!!

550 SEK if you sign up as single
450 SEK per person if you sign up as a couple
ZIS punch cards are valid: 1 punch per hr/persoon
MAXIMUM OF 4 SIGNING UP COUPLES DUE TO PANDEMIC NO COUPLES ROTATION! Due to the pandemics. Also, please read about the safety measures.

The place is Mäster Olofsgården, Gamla stan. (Svartmangatan 6)
You need to contact us to get the door code. Snacks and fruit are included in the fee! Also coffee and tea.
