Body Movements – From Zouk to all dancers
In this workshop we share some of the secrets from our Zouk (and particularly Mzouk) experience of how to lead and follow healthy and smooth body movements that you do in Zouk, Bachata, occasionally Kiz or WCS. We teach you a couple of moves and give you some valuable advice about how to take care of your body in order to have more pleasant dances. Also, so you can carry on dancing way into your 40’s, and 50’s, and 60’s….and so on.
